He is responsible for the work on natural resources, housing and urban-rural development, transport, railway, water resources, and forestry.

He is in charge of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Natural Resources, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transport (Jiangsu Provincial Rail Service Office), Jiangsu Provincial Department of Water Resources, and Jiangsu Provincial Forestry Administration.

He is in contact with Jiangsu Provincial Geological Bureau, Jiangsu Provincial Post Bureau, Jiangsu Civil Air Safety Administration, Jiangsu Maritime Administration, Nanjing Railway Office of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Corporation, Nanjing Bureau of the National Natural Resources Inspection, Institute of Botany, Jiangsu Province and Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Jiangsu Provincial Meteorological Bureau.
