Xu Kunlin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in May 1965. He has a college diploma and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

Scope of Authority

He leads the overall work of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government and is responsible for the work on public finance and audit in particular.

He is in charge of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Audit.
