Xu Kunlin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in May 1965. He has a college diploma and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He now serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, Governor and Secretary of the Leading Group of the CPC Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government.
