Recently, the 2026 Jiangsu Model Cases on Innovative Development of the Digital Economy were unveiled. The 70 selected cases are projects implemented in Jiangsu over the past three years with remarkable economic and social benefits. Featuring major innovations in institutions, technologies, business models or application scenarios, they fully demonstrate the innovation vitality and practical achievements of Jiangsu’s digital economy.
In May this year, the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Data launched a province-wide call for the 2026 Model Cases on Innovative Development of the Digital Economy focusing on seven categories: market-oriented reform of data factor allocation, development and operation of data infrastructure, high-quality growth of digital industries, integrated development of the real economy and digital economy, digital adaptation reform, sound development of platform economy, and international cooperation on digital economy.
After multi-round evaluation, 70 cases including Nanjing’s Practice in Authorized Operation of Public Data Driven by “Technology + Operation” were selected. One featured case, “Suxiaozhi” Financial Supervision Super Expert System—An Innovative AI-powered Smart Supervision Practice, was jointly submitted by the State Administration of Financial Regulation Jiangsu Bureau, the School of Management and Engineering of Nanjing University, and the State Administration of Financial Regulation Nantong Branch. Built on large language models and RAG technology, the “Suxiaozhi” platform establishes a supervision knowledge base covering 1,300 regulatory documents, 36,000 administrative penalty cases and over 17,000 knowledge points. It supports OCR recognition of bank slips, recursive equity penetration inquiry and other functions. The platform enables high-standard, efficient and high-quality decision-making in financial supervision and advances the digital and intelligent transformation of financial regulation.
