Recently, the preliminary round of the first “AI+Human Resources Services” Innovation and Creativity Competition was held at China Suzhou Human Resources Service Industrial Park. After rigorous evaluation by an expert panel, 100 outstanding projects were selected from 501 entries to advance to the next round. Of the 100 shortlisted projects, 43 came from Jiangsu, the highest number nationwide.

As China’s first global competition dedicated to the integration of AI with the human resources services sector, the event has continued to gain momentum since its launch on June 18. The participating projects came from 25 provinces, autonomous regions and province-status cities across China, as well as countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Japan.

Among the 43 Jiangsu projects selected are those from listed companies and foreign-invested enterprises, including Longshine Technology, Digital China, Flex, and Schneider Electric. The participating organizations are primarily technology companies and HR service providers, highlighting Jiangsu’s rich application scenarios and strong industrial ecosystem in the “AI+human resources” sector.

Experts noted that the top 100 projects in this competition demonstrate a major shift from early “single-function tools” to “end-to-end AI agents,” showcasing four major innovation trends: multi-agent collaboration, digital twin-enabled solutions, multimodal interaction-based assessment, and cross-disciplinary integration of cutting-edge technologies. Some projects have also introduced physical and mental health management solutions based on brain-computer interfaces, offering new perspectives for the future development of the industry.
