The Provincial Data Administration recently released the fifth batch of this year (the 11th batch overall) of county-level (city, district) practical cases featuring “Public Data in Action” scenarios. This batch includes five selected cases, covering the fields of urban governance, inclusive finance, chronic disease management, circular economy, and elderly care services.
The “Digital and Intelligent Silver Age” practice case in Suyu District, Suqian City integrates public data such as health and chronic disease records, civil affairs assistance, and medical insurance reimbursement. This integration realizes application-free access to subsidies with seamless direct delivery, enables smart oversight of elderly care funds, and precisely matches home-based rehabilitation and community elderly care service resources with elderly care needs. The Nanjing Jiangbei New Area uses enterprises’ production water-use data to analyze and assess their operating rate, production scale, and business continuity status, issuing water-use business analysis reports that provide an important reference for banks’ credit assessments.
In July last year, the Provincial Data Administration took the lead nationwide in organizing the solicitation of county-level (city, district) practical cases featuring “Public Data in Action” scenarios. To date, it has released 11 batches totaling 89 frontline practical cases, with coverage continuously expanding and the empowerment effect becoming increasingly evident. The administration precisely matches enterprise data needs, resolves bottlenecks in scenario development, and continuously ensures data supply, connects scenario supply and demand, and cultivates and promotes achievements. These efforts aim to build the distinctive brand of Jiangsu’s “Public Data in Action” and empower the province’s high-quality development.
