On July 25, Xueluoyang Road, a cross-provincial road in the Water Town Living Room of the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone connecting Wujiang in Jiangsu and Qingpu in Shanghai, was officially opened to traffic. It is the first cross-provincial connecting road opened in the demonstration zone during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Xueluoyang Road starts from Fenhu Avenue in Wujiang in the west and ends at Huqingping Highway in Qingpu in the east, with a total length of approximately 4.53 kilometers. It is an important part of the backbone road network of the Water Town Living Room in the  Demonstration Zone. The entire route includes one lake-crossing bridge and five river-crossing bridges and culverts. Built by the New Development Construction Co., Ltd. of the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone, the construction of Xueluoyang Road started in mid-May 2024, and the road was fully completed and opened to traffic in mid-July 2026.

Following the opening of the road, the travel time between the Fenhu High-Tech Zone in Wujiang and Jinze Town in Qingpu has been reduced from the original 15–20 minutes to about 5 minutes, allowing the dividends of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta to benefit surrounding enterprises and residents at an accelerated pace.
