The founding conference of the Jiangsu AI-powered Career Development Alliance was recently held at Jiangsu Open University. The alliance released its first hallmark result on site - the “Wozhi Woye” (my job, my career) intelligent agent.

The Jiangsu AI-powered Career Development Alliance is an official provincial-level digital platform for career development jointly built by Jiangsu Open University and Jiangsu Mobile under the guidance of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Its member organizations include Soochow University, Nanjing University, Jiangsu Talent Association, Jiangsu Artificial Intelligence Society, Jiangsu Unicorn and Gazelle Enterprises Alliance, and Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., among others. The Alliance is committed to building a full-cycle and integrated career development service system to address the supply-demand mismatch in the job market.

The “Wozhi Woye” AI agent is the first domestic vertical agent dedicated to full-lifecycle career planning services. It integrates high-quality learning resources and authoritative official data from platforms such as “Jiangsu Learning Online”, portals of continuing education for degree courses by universities, as well as “Craftsman Classroom” and “Jiuzai Jiangsu” (Jobs in Jiangsu) websites operated under human resources authorities. It builds an intelligent, companion-style, and lifelong career development service system that caters to users’ need of career transition support, learning path design, learning resources supply, and job hunting services.
