According to a press conference in Nanjing, the 115th China Food and Drinks Fair will take place at Nanjing International Expo Center from October 15 to 17. Boasting a total exhibition area of around 180,000 square meters, the event will bring together more than 3,500 exhibitors from home and abroad, presenting hundreds of thousands of products.

For the first time, the Fair will feature dedicated zones for health-preserving wines, medicinal and edible beverages, healthy food and technology services. A special exhibition of food science and technology achievements will be held, showcasing over 1,500 scientific and technological breakthroughs in synthetic biology, precision nutrition, future food and other fields. This year’s Fair has also been included, for the first time, in the Activities of the Year list under the “Export to China” initiative of the Ministry of Commerce, with a dedicated “Export to China” exhibition area. International exhibits will come from 31 countries, with exhibitors from 12 countries, including Pakistan, Ethiopia and the Dominican Republic, participating for the first time. A wide range of overseas products will make their debut in the Chinese market, covering gin, infused spirits, plant-based protein drinks, dairy beverages, health drinks, rice crackers, nutritional supplements, and many other categories.

From September 20 to October 20, Nanjing will carry out a city-wide consumption promotion campaign for the 2026 Autumn Food and Drinks Season. A total of 34 scenic spots, 171 hotels and restaurants, 420 catering outlets, and 66 shopping malls will offer exclusive discounts. Exhibitors and professional visitors can enjoy these special offers during the Fair and for one week before and after it by presenting their fair badges. As the host district of the Fair, Jianye District will integrate commercial, cultural and tourism resources such as the Yuantong business area and the Nanhu featured block under the theme “Welcome to Jianye, Taste the Golden Autumn”, compiling and distributing consumption brochures and providing a dedicated consumption map online.
