According to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, 17 Jiangsu companies including Jiangsu Dongfang Filter Bag passed the review and were added to the List of Enterprises Compliant with Environmental Equipment Manufacturing Standards (2025 Edition) released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Among them, five companies focus on air pollution control, ten on wastewater treatment, and two on environmental monitoring instruments. The number of newly approved Jiangsu companies marks the highest nationwide, accounting for 25.8% of the national total. Altogether, 90 Jiangsu companies are on the 2025 Edition of the list, ranking first in number in the country and representing 21.6% of the national total.

The MIIT guides companies to enhance their capabilities in technological innovation, quality control, and workplace safety through standards compliance, so as to promote enterprises’ transformation toward green, digitalized, intelligent, and high-end growth, driving high-quality development of the industry. The 2025 Edition encompasses 416 companies, consisting of 66 newly approved and 350 re-evaluated companies, and covering four sub-sectors, namely, air pollution control, wastewater treatment, environmental monitoring instruments, and solid waste treatment equipment. This list, replacing the 2024 Edition, was released by the MIIT following local recommendations, expert review, and a public comment period.
