According to the recently issued Details on Housing Subsidy Scheme for Talent in Nantong City, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, housing subsidy up to RMB 1.5 million per person will be provided in the form of housing coupons to talent who plans to purchase newly built commercial housing within Nantong City. The document was jointly released by Nantong Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-rural Development, Talent Management Office of CPC Nantong Municipal Committee, Nantong Municipal Bureau of Finance, and Nantong Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.

Qualified recipients include not only high-caliber professionals with master’s degree or above, but also those with senior professional titles or technician qualifications, who are offered housing coupons worth RMB 150,000 to RMB 1.5 million. In addition, if both spouses qualify and wish to make purchase jointly, they may receive a coupon worth up to 1.2 times the individual subsidy amount. 

According to Nantong Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-rural Development, information on property resources eligible for coupon use have been collected and will be made public soon. The application and review process will start shortly as well.
