On October 12, the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Xuzhou Municipal People’s Government jointly held a conference where the list of 2025 Jiangsu Top 100 Private Enterprises was released and Xuzhou highlighted its industrial development.

At the event, the 2025 lists of Jiangsu’s Top 200 Private Enterprises, Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises, and Top 100 Enterprises in R&D Investment were released. Among the top 200 private enterprises, 11 recorded annual revenues exceeding RMB 100 billion, while 29 surpassed RMB 50 billion. Hengli Group, Shenghong Group, and Shagang Group made the top three. In addition, the results of a campaign co-organized by the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Jiangsu Branch of the People’s Bank of China, where over 10,000 private enterprises were invited to rate bank services, were announced on-site. Xuzhou also showcased its industrial development strengths and investment opportunities during the event.

The conference noted that the entry threshold for the top 100 ranking has continued to rise, the industrial structure has kept improving, innovation momentum remains strong, and regional coordination is deepening—all of which demonstrate a promising trend of revitalization driven by innovation and long-term growth anchored in quality. The conference emphasized the need to guide private entrepreneurs to maintain strategic focus and strengthen development confidence, encouraging private enterprises to stay committed to the path of high-quality development and make greater contributions to Jiangsu’s role as a key pillar of the national economy. It also called for continued efforts to foster a world-class business environment, accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, and promote the growth and expansion of the private economy and private enterprises.
