Wang Hui, male, Han ethnicity, was born in July 1968. He has a postgraduate diploma and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

Scope of Authority

He is responsible for the work on ecology and environment, water resources, agriculture and rural affairs as well as rural revitalization.

He is in charge of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Water Resources, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Jiangsu Provincial Bureau for Rural Revitalization, and Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

He is in contact with Jiangsu Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Jiangsu Provincial Meteorologic Bureau, and East China Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
