On October 18, the 2025 China Pottery Capital (Yixing) Golden Autumn Economic and Trade Fair opened at the Yixing Poly Theater. The opening ceremony featured a collective presentation of 21 key industrial chain projects, covering sectors such as new energy, integrated circuits, new materials, artificial intelligence, low-altitude economy, high-end equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection, and green food.

As the most influential economic and trade exchange event with the longest history and largest scale in Yixing, the China Pottery Capital (Yixing) Golden Autumn Economic and Trade Fair has been held for 32 consecutive years, becoming a crucial platform for guests from home and abroad to get to know Yixing, engage with Yixing, and invest in Yixing. The investment environment promotion during the opening ceremony showcased Yixing’s economic and social development. The environmental science and technology park, economic development zone, and resort area were highlighted as key zones, providing a panoramic view of the development advantages, industrial characteristics, and investment opportunities of these national-level parks, demonstrating Yixing’s high-quality industrial ecosystem, first-class business environment, and unique urban charm.

The 2025 Yixing Global Investment White Paper was released at the same time. Yixing also established the Yixing Technology Transfer University Alliance in collaboration with key universities such as Jiangnan University and Nanjing University, as well as the Wuxi Industrial Innovation Research Institute. Plaques were awarded on-site to 40 cooperative partners in advantageous industrial chains, strategic and emerging industrial chains, future industrial chains, and fund and investment promotion.

During the Fair, relevant institutions in Yixing will also organize a series of activities including the commencement and completion of major projects, matchmaking for characteristic industrial chains, investment environment promotions, and comprehensive cultural, sports, and tourism exhibitions.
