On November 30, digital administration authorities of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui co-announced the establishment of the first-ever cooperation mechanism for advancing digital integration in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Such endeavor laid emphasis on eight areas, including safe and reliable data circulation, computing resources cooperation and development, all-in-one network for the Yangtze River Delta region, data market integration, coordinated development of digital economy, digital transformation of cities, sharing of governmental service data, and public data development and utilization.

In line with the new development trend, data administration authorities put forward multiple reformative measures, including the establishment of a data circulation system based on new and reliable data space and block chain technologies, a facilitating system for computing resources allocation, and an integrated platform for public data registration.
