Recently, the 6th “Rule of Law Publicity Month” event for Returned Overseas Chinese Community was launched in Nanjing, which was jointly organized by the Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Provincial Department of Justice and the Provincial Lawyers Association. Under the theme of “Promote the development of enterprises funded by returned overseas Chinese through the rule of law”, the event strives to strengthen the protection of rights and interests of returned overseas Chinese in accordance with the law, bring them tangible benefit and boost the high-quality development of their enterprises.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Provincial Lawyers Association jointly signed the cooperation agreement on providing legal services and promoting high-quality development of enterprises funded by returned overseas Chinese to develop a legal service system to safeguard the healthy development of these enterprises with joint efforts. The Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese will carry out publicity and education events online and on-site to raise public awareness of the law, build a talent pool of lecturers and a database of publicity videos, involve more returned overseas Chinese, and enhance their sense of gain. With a package of targeted and practical measures in place, the Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese will gather more strength in law popularization for returned overseas Chinese community, improve services for these enterprises, strengthen protection of their legal rights, and enhance Jiangsu’s reputation in law popularization for returned overseas Chinese community.
