The first event under the umbrella of the 2023 “Zhenjiang Day” Talent Attraction Series Activities was held lately at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (thereafter abbr. as NUIST). On the site, Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City signed a joint collaboration agreement with NUIST. Two NUIST students were hired as envoys for Zhenjiang’s talent plan to attract graduates back to hometown. Four Zhenjiang companies were granted quality employment bases for NUIST.

“Zhenjiang Day” Talent Attraction Series are important brand activities falling in the category of “talent attraction events” under the “Vitalizing Zhenjiang Through Talent” Program. Ten thematic events are scheduled for this year. On the sidelines of the NUIST event, Zhenjiang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security hosted the 2023 Zhenjiang Talent Attraction Campus Job Fair, in which 64 key enterprises and public institutions from Zhenjiang provided 2,000-odd needs for quality talent. A great number of students came to seek consultation and offers, submitting altogether 820 resumes on site. Zhenjiang Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology hosted a thematic industry-university-research event for NUIST. 18 high-tech enterprises carried out exchanges with NUIST experts and professors and they reached six tentative cooperation intentions.
