Jiangsu ranked first in the national public service quality survey

The State Administration for Market Regulation recently released the “2021 National Public Service Quality Survey Report”. Among the 120 cities in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), Jiangsu Province scored 82.77 points in overall satisfaction (3.68 points higher than the national average) and ranked first in the country. Among the cities included in the survey, Nanjing ranked first, and Taizhou, Zhenjiang, Yancheng and Suqian ranked 3rd, 5th, 12th and 13th respectively.

This national public service quality survey covers 12 fields, including public education, employment, healthcare services, social security, public utilities, ecology and environment, public transportation, public safety, public culture, public sports, elderly care services, and government services. Jiangsu ranks first in the country in 10 fields, and its satisfaction rate in 11 fields exceeds 80 points, reaching the highest level “satisfaction”. Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Market Regulation will inform the relevant departments of survey results in a timely manner, continue to improve the efficacy of public services, track and monitor public service quality in Jiangsu, and formulate improvement measures for problems found.
